The programme operates through Government of Kenya institutions and accountable programme leadership. Public claims are tied to named content sources and administrative review.
Delivery network
TVET institutions host or support centres, while public and private partners may contribute training, infrastructure, mentorship and opportunity pathways.
Four-eyes review
New or changed public content is authored, independently reviewed and approved against an exact revision before publication. Administrative actions are recorded in an append-only audit trail.
